I was so excited to find out that an image I worked on with Jose Villa and the rest of the Once Wed team for their workshop this past summer would be the new cover of Southern Weddings Magazine's fourth issue! You can see images from this workshop here, here and here!

It feels a little bit like deja vu--two years ago, Jose Villa's image was on their premier issue and I did my sister's hair and makeup for that cover, too! Thanks for using our work, ladies at SWMag!

Last month, the ladies at SalonNfuse participated in a competition for Oribe with a chance to win a trip to South Beach--fingers crossed! We were allowed only three Oribe styling products no hot tools were allowed--just a hair dryer and our fingers.

My model was the ever-so-lovely Jenny. She was one of my first friends in Nashville when I moved here five years ago and was a bridesmaid in our wedding. She's beautiful, inside and out.

Gio, the handsome devil she's workin' it with, was styled by Miss Bridget Murphy. Didn't she do a killer job?

All of us at SalonNfuse were thrilled to work with the Marchesa team to create the hair looks for their Spring show at Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center. I feel like the hair is a beautiful direct reflection of the dresses--sleek and sophisticated meets wild and unruly.

Fierce!

OK, I just had to go ahead and get that out of the way since this post is all about working alongside Christian Siriano, winner of Project Runway's fourth season! Christian's collection headlined Nashville's Fashion Week, and SalonNfuse (the salon I work at here in Nashville) was lucky enough to be the hair stylist for the show! We were all so pleased with how everything turned out and we know that our work only looked better paired alongside Christian's stunning work.
